Post Production

BIDS provides a number of reports that you can use to manage your auction. Reports are conveniently organized into Before, During and After categories. Reports in the "Before" category are typically used before the auction begins. Reports in the "During" category are more useful while guests are at the auction. Finally, reports in the "After" category are useful after the guests leave. These are generalizations, and of course you are free to use the reports anytime you see fit.

Reports

  • Item List - Provides a list of all items in the auction (ID, Name, Description, Donor, Value, Minimum).
  • Item Bid Sheets - Provides a bid sheet (used for silent auctions when mobile bidding is not enabled) for each item.
  • Item Tent Cards - Provides a tent card for each item.
  • General Bid Sheets - Provides a general ledge to record bids and donations.
  • Guest Large Bidder Cards - Provides a large card that guests can hold up during live auctions.
  • Guest Name Badges - Provides a standard sized name badge for each guest to wear during the auction.
  • Guest List By Name - Provides a guest list sorted by name.
  • Guest List By Table - Provides a guest list sorted by table.

  • Item List - Provides a list of all items in the auction (ID, Name, Description, Donor, Value, Minimum).
  • Guest List By Name - Provides a guest list sorted by name.
  • Guest List By Table - Provides a guest list sorted by table.

  • Unpaid Guests - Provides a list all guest who have not checked out. The list includes their name, bidder number, what items they won, donations they made and the total uncollected.
  • Items Not Picked Up - Provides a list all items that have been won, but have not been picked up.
  • Receipt List - Provides a complete list of all receipts for the auction.
